Quick Start #3

Set rates for winter or a long weekend, choose minimum night rules, and add or modify cleaning or other fees.

Manage Your Bookings

Access Bookings

See Your Bookings

Note: The checkbox to show bookings made on other platforms is

ticked by default. Bookings are imported (synced) automatically.

Booking Rules

The most common booking rules you might want to make are:

Give your Season a name, for example “Labour Weekend”. Set the start and end dates, and decide if the season should repeat (only if the dates don’t change from one year to the next). Once you’ve finished, don’t forget to “PUBLISH” your changes.
To add a rule, go to Bookings > Booking Rules > Add Rule

Choose the number of nights, the accommodation that it’s for (select ALL for a whole house), select the Season you want it to apply to, and click “Done”.

Taxes and Fees
You can add GST, as well as cleaning and other fees to your accommodation rate at Bookings > Taxes and Fees.

Any tax or fee will add the “(plus taxes and fees)” text to your price. If there is no fee or tax, your rate will not show this additional text.

Calendar sync

When a new booking is made, the calendars on all your platforms (such as Airbnb,Booking.com, etc) automatically sync to prevent double bookings. Allow approximately 2 hours to ensure syncing is completed. If you want to speed up this process, you can manually sync calendars from the Bookings menu.
